- We typically need 3-4 days to process and complete cake orders. For smaller signature cakes such as the Bonsoir Souffle Cake, we typically ask that our customers order 2 days ahead.
- Please note that we require the payment to be received in advance. Thank you for understanding~
- If you would like an order to be completed in a faster timeline, please contact us via phone or e-mail. If a cake is needed on the day of the order, you can check out our signature cakes.
- All cakes are made to order on the day of delivery to maintain freshness. All cakes will be kept at the appropriate temperature during delivery to your door.
Oh No! I Need to Cancel my Order. What do I do?
- Life happens we understand! However, please understand that because each of our cakes are made-to-order and scheduled meticulously, we do require that cancellations be notified 2 days prior to the delivery date.
- If an order is cancelled after 2 business days, please note that we will charge the deposit given for custom orders. For any non-custom cakes or items ordered via our website, phone, or in person, please note that all sales are non-refundable.
Does Bonsoir have any Vegan or Vegetarian Cakes?
- We absolutely do! All of our vegan or vegetarian products will have a Vegan or Vegetarian disclaimer in front of the item description.
- If you have any other dietary restrictions please feel free to contact us prior to ordering to confirm. We would be happy to accommodate to your needs! Everyone deserves to eat delicious cakes~

What Size Cake Should I Order & What does Bonsoir Offer?
- We typically offer cakes between 6" to 10". However if you would like a larger size, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm with you!
- Bonsoir is on a mission to reduce food waste, so please try to order according to your party size. Please use the following to approximate what size cake you should order. We thank you for understanding~
- Average party cake feeds:
- 6" : 10 - 12 People
- 8" : 20 - 25 People
- 10" : 30 - 35 People
- 12" : 50 - 60 People
What is the Minimum Order Amount?
- We require that our guests order a minimum amount of $200 NTD for delivery. If you would like to pick up an item in one of our stores, there is no minimum order amount. Feel free to walk in during any of our opening days and hours :)
